About me

Mein Name ist Marc Michael Heihs.

From a young age, I had the privilege of learning from the very best. Doctors, psychotherapists, entrepreneurs.

The person who shaped me most was my brother, with whom I spent thirteen years of my life. He was severely disabled. He could not walk, speak, or eat without help. Through him, and through my grandparents and my mother, I experienced firsthand what true leadership, resilience, strength, love, and care really mean.

Because of these circumstances, I began early to study psychology, medicine, and sales in depth. After completing my education at a higher technical school in electrical engineering and later studying business management, I worked in sales for several years and achieved record-breaking results.

 

Looking back, it was the combination of psychology, sales skill, and sheer willpower that carried me.

In my mid-twenties, I founded my first companies and scaled them to multi-million revenues. But I also learned what it means to go through severe crises and to lose millions. These experiences are exactly what make my perspective so real for entrepreneurs today.

Early on, I realized that traditional education rarely provides truly current or practically relevant knowledge. That is why I chose to train directly with the leading experts in their respective fields.

 

To date, I have invested over €400,000 in this education, and every cent was worth it.

This includes work with leading psychiatrists, neurologists, endocrinologists, molecular medicine specialists, psychotherapists, and high-performance experts.

During my entrepreneurial journey, my wife and I spent almost seven years living abroad. I am happily married and, despite extreme pressure and high demands, I have maintained deep friendships over the years. For me, this is just as much a dimension of success as business or health.

As a physician friend once said, “An expert is someone who has lived through a crisis and successfully overcome it.”

That is exactly what I am in the areas we now pass on to high potentials.

Out of all this, a new professional field emerged. We apply the Pareto principle and focus on the 20% of expertise that delivers 80% of results, and make it efficiently accessible.
