About me
My name is Marc Michael Heihs.
Since childhood, I have had the privilege of learning from the best – doctors, psychotherapists, entrepreneurs.
I was especially shaped by my brother, with whom I was fortunate enough to spend 13 years of my life. He was severely disabled and could neither walk, speak, nor eat without assistance. During this time, I experienced firsthand from my grandparents and my mother what true leadership, resilience, strength, love, and caring really mean.
​
Due to these circumstances, I began to dive deeply into psychology, medicine, and sales at an early age. After completing my education at a higher technical college (electrical engineering) and studies (Entrepreneurship), I worked for several years in sales, achieving record figures. Looking back, it was the combination of psychology, sales, and willpower that carried me.
In my mid-20s, I founded my first companies, which I scaled to millions in revenue. But I also learned what it means to go through tough crises and to lose millions as well. These very experiences make my approach to entrepreneurs so real today.
Because I realized early on that conventional education rarely delivers truly up-to-date or practice-relevant knowledge, I chose to learn directly from the leading experts in their respective fields. To this day, I have invested over €400,000 in this, and it was worth every cent.
These include leading psychiatrists, neurologists, endocrinologists, molecular medicine specialists, psychotherapists and high-performance experts.
During my entrepreneurial journey, my wife and I spent almost seven years abroad. I am happily married and have maintained deep friendships over the years despite extreme pressure and stress. – which I see as another dimension of success, alongside business and health.
As a doctor friend once said, “An expert is someone who has experienced a crisis firsthand and then successfully overcome it.”
That is exactly what I am in the areas we share with business owners and executives today.
All of this has led to a new approach: Using the Pareto principle, we focus on the 20% of expertise that creates 80% of the outcomes – and make it efficiently accessible to entrepreneurs.​
